The order of theses design:

Surname(s) and initials of the author(s), organization, city, then in a space title of the report in capital letters, then the text. It is necessary to notify on the separate file the contact information about the reporters in the free form (state obligatory contact e-mail for back contact) and full contact addresses of 5-10 specialists (organizations) on your topic, who would be interested in listening to your report and taking part in the conferenceIt is obligatory to indicate spheres and examples of Your developments in the abstract text.

Materials, which are sent after August 15, will not be placed to the Program project, which will be sent out to potential delegates by e-mail. Authors of papers are responsible for contents and orthography. The reports which advising by the Organizing Committee will be published as articles in the “Technical diagnostics and non-destructive testing”, “NDT world” and “System technologies”.

Payment:

Organizations, wishing to take part in the conference work (with or without paper), need to complete and send by fax (+38 044) 573 30 40 or by e-mail office@conference.kiev.ua attached form, request an invoice and, if necessary, agreement, and transfer until September 1-st, 2006 to UIC “SCIENCE.TECHNIQUES.TECHNOLOGY” the amount in UAH equivalent to USD 320 including VAT at the NBU rate on the banking operation day for each delegate to the account № 2600100520028 in JSB ”Praveks-Bank” of city of Kyiv, MFO 321983, OKPO 31033366 (at money transferring you need to indicate “Prepayment for participation at the conference according to the invitation letter №4/НК of 14.02.05).

For transferring USD, Euro or RUR it is necessary to demand the contract and the account and change the fax copies of the contract before the payment. The cost of the Organizing fee consists of full board for 4 days and living at double room, gala-dinner, participation at the work of the conference, hall and equipment rent, edition of the conference materials , participation at the exhibition’s work.

The Conference materials and the conference’s program, invoice, the statement of the works acceptance and performing are given to delegates.
